Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at info@17thandgranville.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including sale items and gift cards.

Items ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, we encourage you to reach out so we can help you choose the best fit.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original piece once approved, then place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
