17th & Granville is owned by Anissa "Donny" Truitt, who founded the brand and serves as creative director. She is the sole owner.

Yes. 17th & Granville is 100% Black-owned. Founder Anissa "Donny" Truitt is a Black entrepreneur based in Waldorf, Maryland.

Is 17th & Granville LGBTQ-owned?

Yes. 17th & Granville is LGBTQ-owned and certified by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce as an LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE). Certification requires a business to be at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by LGBTQ+ individuals.

Yes. Founder Anissa "Donny" Truitt is nonbinary and queer, and holds full ownership of the business.

We're based in Waldorf, Maryland, and we ship across the United States. You'll also find us at pop-ups, Pride festivals, and community markets throughout the DMV and Chicago.

Sizing and Materials

What does gender-neutral clothing mean?

Our clothing isn't designed or sized by gender. There's no men's or women's section. Every piece is cut and sized to work for any body, so you don't have to decide which side of the store you belong in.

What sizes do you carry?

Most of our designs run from XS to 5X. 

What are your clothes made from?

Around 90% of our materials are organic or recycled. 

Shopping Information

How are your products made?

Donny hand presses several items in our most recent collections. For everything else, we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper, which means each order is made specifically for you rather than sitting in a warehouse. Our shipper has facilities worldwide, so your order is printed and shipped from whichever location can do it most efficiently.

How Long Will It Take To Have My Package Shipped?

Shipping timelines vary, however it takes roughly 3-7 business days to fulfill your order. Once fulfilled, the delivery may take 3-5 business days depending upon which shipping method was chosen at the time of your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping duration may vary based on your location.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer shipping via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. In the future, we will be accepting options such as Klarna.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place your order, however, we encourage you to create one to receive regular updates on our products and discounts.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive tracking information as soon as you complete an order. Please be sure to use a valid email address to receive up-to-date information on your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once you complete your order, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you need certain details changed such as a delivery address, we can try our best to make the change. We suggest contacting us immediately after placing the order to ensure changes can be made.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please note, refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
