Relationships: BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and Community Engagement

17th & Granville is actively engaged in the community and has partnered with a variety of organizations in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area and on the West Coast in support of LGBTQ+ and BIPOC community growth, awareness and a safe haven for fellowship.

An image of 17th & Granville owner Donny in the purple choices t-shirt featuring a graphic on the back of the shirt of a man holding a deck of cards that say life coach, generational wealth, support system and therapist. Donny also has a short curly afro with sunglasses on while talking with a masculine customer at the 2023 Capital Pride Festival in DC. The conversation is about 17th & Granville being inclusive, gender neutral and a brand for everyone. We advocate for and empower BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. In front of Donny there is a table with various 17th & Granville products including the Love You More Summer Edition T-shirt, Black Queer Excellence T-shirt and Orange 17th & Granville Signature Shorts. In the background there are various patrons enjoying the festival.

A comprehensive list of organizations that we've partnered with can be found below:

There are various people setting up their vending stations, and Donny is in the lower right hand corner with a brown short sleeve shirt. To the right of Donny is a clothing rack filled with 17th & Granville merchandise.
